    i think 1 yolk a day is very good for health.. you shouldnt have to cut out any food completely to lose weight. and with regards to simple carbs – they arent very good for anyone, not just people who want to lose weight.

    i lost almost 10 kg in roughly 2 months before, just by having my last meal before 7 pm and walking for about 40 mins after dinner (but obviously i didnt pig out during the day and didnt live on fast food or sweets-i ate everything in moderation)

  18. garlic and egg don't mixed. I've tried it many times trying to convince myself that it's good…its more of a dinner spice/food imo.
