  1. Drink plenty of water but if you like some flavor have ice water with lemon juice when it's hot and hot water with lemon juice when it's cold. The warm water is really good for your body.

  2. I don't give a toss about who is fat and who is thin, we had enough of this publicity, 99% of people are fat, the thin ones, they are having  digestive problems, they are not eating well.

  3. My dad in 2016 january was 80KG. Which is probably 200Pounds…(correct me if im wrong) By half a year he lost 20KG.

    He discovered that it isnt FATS that make you fat! its actually the carbohydrates in rice, noodles, potatoes, etc. So that means you can eat all the meat and veges you want and eat some bread or rice once in a while but not too much. Dont believe? try it :)

  20. Well… having more eating moments is a bad thing in my opinion. You rather could go for a good breakfast, lunch and dinner. And less snacks… And it's also way better for your teeth 😉
